You are responsible for the activity on your Cirqle account and for keeping your login details private.
Use accurate account information, do not impersonate another person, and do not create accounts to evade enforcement.
You keep ownership of the content you post, comment, upload, or send, but you give Cirqle permission to host, display, moderate, and operate that content as part of the service.
Only post content you have the right to share. Do not post private information, confidential material, or content that violates someone else's rights.
Cirqle may review, label, limit, remove, or hide content when needed to protect members, communities, or the integrity of the platform.
Accounts may be rate-limited, temporarily restricted, suspended, banned, or required to have new posts reviewed when safety signals or staff review call for it.
Members can report posts, comments, profiles, and communities that appear to break our rules.
Reports are reviewed by staff or authorized moderators. Reporting something does not guarantee a specific outcome, but it helps us find and respond to issues.
Cirqle uses account, activity, and safety data to run the service, personalize relevant experiences, prevent abuse, and support moderation.
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how members can request help with their data.
You may request account deletion through the support path below.
Some limited records may be retained where needed for security, audit history, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or unresolved safety issues.
Questions about these terms, your account, or a moderation decision can be sent to support@cirqle.app.
If you believe a decision was made in error, include the account email, relevant URLs, and a short explanation so the team can review it.
