Safety
What Cirqle does not allow in posts, comments, profiles, images, messages, communities, or event listings.

This policy applies to posts, comments, profiles, uploaded media, messages, Cirqle descriptions, event pages, invite requests, and other member-generated surfaces.
Context matters, but content that creates meaningful safety, legal, or trust risk may be limited or removed.
Cirqle does not allow credible threats, targeted harassment, hate or abuse, non-consensual intimate content, child exploitation, terrorism or extremist praise, scams, or instructions for serious harm.
We also prohibit spam, phishing, malware, platform manipulation, doxing, evasion of enforcement, and content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Some content may be allowed only with context, warnings, limited visibility, or staff review, especially when it discusses safety, health, identity, crisis events, or allegations about people.
Cirqle may temporarily hold posts or comments for review when an account has active safety limits or strong spam signals.
Enforcement can include removing content, reducing distribution, limiting posting or messaging, requiring review, suspending accounts, banning accounts, or preserving records for investigation.
We may use automated signals, member reports, staff review, and audit history to prioritize moderation work.
Report content from the product when possible so the team receives the relevant URL and context.
For urgent issues, appeals, or cases where the in-product report flow is unavailable, email support@cirqle.app.
Deleting an account does not automatically remove every safety, enforcement, or audit record.
Cirqle may keep limited records when needed to prevent repeat abuse, investigate reports, comply with law, or protect the platform.
